Who we are

Australia Jobs Network is a candidate sourcing and referral platform. We connect workers based in Europe with recruitment agencies and labour hire companies operating in Australia. We are not a migration agent, not an immigration adviser and not a labour hire provider.

What we collect

When you submit a profile we collect your identity and contact details, your occupation, work experience, English level, certifications, work rights and visa situation, mobility and location preferences, availability, salary expectations, and any documents you choose to upload (CV, certificates, licences, passport copy if you provide one).

We also record basic, cookie-free usage data: pages viewed, referring website and campaign parameters. This helps us understand which jobs candidates are interested in.

Why we use it

We use your profile to assess which advertised roles may fit your background, and to refer you to Australian recruitment or labour hire partners who are hiring for those roles.

We may contact you by email or messaging about your profile, matching roles and the status of a referral.

Sharing with partner agencies

We only share your profile and documents with partner agencies after you have given explicit consent in the application form. We share what an agency needs to assess your candidacy: your profile details and the documents you uploaded.

Partner agencies are independent companies and are responsible for their own handling of your data once shared. Hiring, interviews, contracts and pay are decided entirely by them.

Storage and retention

Profiles and documents are stored in a secured database with restricted access. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage and are only accessible to our team through time-limited links.

We keep your profile for as long as it is useful for job matching, and for a maximum of 24 months after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete it earlier.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent to sharing it with partners. Contact us through the contact form and we will action your request within 30 days.

Withdrawing consent does not affect referrals already made before the withdrawal.

Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Page-view statistics are stored without cookies and without any attempt to identify you personally.
