What this platform is

Australia Jobs Network is a sourcing and referral platform. We publish roles advertised by Australian recruitment agencies and labour hire companies, collect candidate profiles and refer suitable candidates to those partners.

We are not an employer, not a labour hire provider, not a migration agent and not an immigration adviser. We do not sponsor visas and we do not provide immigration advice.

No guarantee of employment

Submitting a profile does not create any right to a job, an interview, a visa or a sponsorship. Selection decisions, salaries, contracts and working conditions are the sole responsibility of the partner agency or the end employer.

Any internal indicator we use to prioritise profiles is for our own workflow only and is never a promise of placement.

No fees for candidates

Candidates never pay to create a profile, to apply or to be referred. If anyone asks you to pay for a job, an interview or a visa in our name, do not pay and contact us immediately.

We are remunerated by partner agencies under referral agreements.

Accuracy of your information

You agree that the information and documents you submit are truthful and belong to you. Inaccurate or fraudulent submissions may be removed and reported to the partner agencies concerned.

Listings are provided by partner agencies and may change or close without notice. Some listings are shown as illustrative examples of roles commonly available in Australia and are clearly labelled as examples.

Visas and immigration

Visa eligibility, conditions and processing are decided exclusively by the Australian government. Always check official information at the Department of Home Affairs and, where needed, consult a registered migration agent.

Liability

We provide the platform in good faith but cannot be held liable for the conduct of partner agencies or employers, for changes in immigration rules, or for decisions you take based on information published on this site.
